Terms and Agreements: * Space available to the first 200 people who register. $50.00 non refundable deposit due at time of registration. QQ reserves the right to make changes at anytime. An email will be sent and/or we will post on our website should that occur. $299 QQ Private Reserve registration does not include room rate or bonus classes. Special accommodation rates at each venue. Book hotel at least 30 days in advance. Balances will be charged automatically 60 prior to your event. If your card declines your spot may be given to someone on the waiting list. You can transfer your registration at any time to an unregistered guest. We must have a written request to do so. You can cancel your registration up to 60 days prior to your event but will forfeit your $50 deposit. Between 31 and 59 days before your event there will be a $100 cancellation fee. Anything closer than 30 days prior to event there will be no refunds. You can arrange to have the class kits shipped to you for a small shipping fee but need to notify staff prior to the start of the event so kits can be set aside. YOU MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN ANY DRAWINGS OR GIVEAWAYS. NO EXCEPTIONS! Any declined credit cards will have a $10 charge added to their balance. I hereby grant QQPR permission to use my likeness in a photograph in any and all of its publications, including website entries, without payment or any other compensation.
