  25. Q: What is the Mini-Private Reserve Weekend?
  26. A: This is the Premier 2 day scrapbooking and paper crafting event. The weekend is filled with classes, one crop night and a chance to win a prize in each class. You will complete an entire 20-page 12"x12" album plus 4 classes. You will be making all new projects using the latest and greatest from Quick Quotes. (these are the same classes offered at our large Private Reserve events.)

  27. Q: What is the registration fee for the Mini Reserve Weekend?
  28. A: The registration fee for the event is $199.99. Payment plan option available at checkout. Register Now.

  29. Q: Are there a limited amount of tickets for the event?
  30. A: Yes. Each location has a limited number of seats available ranging from 50-125. If the event sells out you can be added to the waitlist and will be notified if a space becomes available.

  33. Q: Does the $199.99 registration fee include the cost of my hotel room?
  34. A: No, the cost of your hotel room is a separate charge; paid directly to the hotel.

  35. Q: Can I make payments on registration fee?
  36. A: The Mini Reserve requires a full $199.99 payment at time of registration or payment plan of 50% at time of registration and rest will be automatically charged to your card 60 days prior to event. DECLINED PAYMENT: If a payment declines for any reason there will be a $4 processing fee added to each time the card declines. All balances must be paid 60 days before the event. If you are not seeing the payment option at check out it’s because we are too close to the payment cut-off date.

  37. Q: How do I sign up for the Quick Quotes Mini Reserve Weekend?
  38. A: Click on desired registration link and complete online event purchase.

  39. Q: Where can I view the projects for the Private Reserve Weekend?
  40. A: We don't have previews at this time but you will love the projects. Previews will be posted at a later date.

  41. Q: My friends are going and we all want to sit together, is that possible?
  42. A: There are no pre-assigned tables, although we will do our absolute best to accommodate your group. The event is open seating. Grab your friends and your table; you can stay there all weekend.

  43. Q: What is the cancellation policy?
  44. A: Quick Quotes understands that sometimes unforeseen activities or events occur, and you may need to cancel your registration. However, we have certain deadlines and costs that must be pre-paid to the venue and are non-refundable to us. You may cancel your registration up to 60 days prior to your event, but you will forfeit a $25.00 charge. There will be no refunds made for attendees that cancel less than 60 days prior to the event or are "No Shows". If you fall into this category, Quick Quotes will forward all of the projects from the event to you after shipping fee is paid.

  45. Q: How do I cancel my registration?
  46. A:You must submit an email with your intent to cancel your registration. Please send your cancellation email to customerservice@shopquickquotes.com with "Cancel Registration" in subject line. Please include in your email, your first and last name that you registered with, and your telephone number. You will receive an email back stating that we have received your cancellation and it will include any refund information.

  47. Q: Can I Transfer my registration fee to another individual?
  48. A: Yes, you can! You can transfer your registration at anytime to any Non-Registered person. We must have the request emailed to customerservice@shopquickquotes.com. You must include in the email the first and last name, contact number, and address of the original attendee. You must also include the first and last name, contact number, address, and email address of the new attendee.

  49. Q: I do not have/use a credit card or is there another form of payment I can use?
  50. A: Yes, while credit cards are the quickest and easiest, Quick Quotes will accept a check or money order. Balances must still be paid in full 60 day before event. Registration is not complete until payment has cleared our bank.

  51. Q: I just signed up for a Quick Quotes Mini Reserve Weekend. What happens next?
  52. A: Once your payment has been processed, you will receive a Welcome email with specifics to your event.

  53. Q: How can I purchase additional Bonus Classes for the Mini Reserve Weekend?
  54. A: There are 4 additional kits, which will be available for purchase at the event. Make these projects at home or during crop time.

  55. Q: What supplies do I need to bring to a Mini Reserve Weekend?
  56. A: We are providing projects to work on all weekend you only need to bring basic tools and supplies.
       • Paper Trimmer with scoring capabilities or attachment.
       • Scissors (be sure to check them if you are flying)
       • Stapler
       • Wet and Dry adhesive (For a wet adhesive we suggest Beacon's 3 in 1. Available at event)
       • Glue Dots
       • Glue Pen
       • Pen and Pencil
       • 1/8" and 1/4" hole punch
       • Paper Piercer
       • Corner Rounder
       • Quick Quotes Powder Puff Chalking Inks (available at event)
       • Additional supply list will be emailed closer to your event

  57. Q: What if I forget Scrapbooking Supplies?
  58. A: Quick Quotes will have an on-site store loaded with kits, paper, embellishments, bling, and adhesive.
  59. Q: What do I do about Meals over the weekend?
  60. A: Quick Quotes does not provide meals and snacks. Please come prepared with sack lunch or use your lunch + dinner break to visit a local restaurant.

  61. Q: Are there any Special Hotel Rates for the weekend?
  62. A: There may not be special rate but click here for suggested hotels.

  65. Q: Is there an age limit to attend the Weekend?
  66. A: Attendees for the weekend must be at least 12 years old and be able to sit quietly and participate in classes. No children under 12 will be permitted in the classroom or crop areas. Only paid attendees are allowed in the classroom or crops.
