I just signed up, what's next?
Check your email for more information. Make sure to add email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org to your accepted email list. Please be sure you register an account on our website. When you have done that, email email@example.com to let us know and we will upgrade you to Club Q.
What can I expect to receive in my Club Q kit?
You can expect to receive at least $45 worth of quality Quick Quotes products with the Altered Kits and at least $35 worth of products with the Page Kits. The kit will include all the materials you need to complete the monthly album or project, including layout instructions and ideas. Additionally, Club Q members will have the opportunity to occasionally preview some of the new lines not yet available in stores.
When will I get my free kit?
Your free kit will ship with your 1st Club Q shipment on the 15th.
How often will I receive a kit?
If you signed up for the Layouts Kits (Option A) you will receive a Page Kit every month. Altered Kits (Option B) gets you the Altered Kits every month. If you signed up for the Ultimate Combo Kit (Option D) you will receive both kits every month with the added bonus of free shipping.
Are kits ever duplicated from month to month?
No, we will never duplicate a kit. If you want a previous kit you will need to order it.
What is the cost for shipping?
The cost for shipping is a flat rate of $8.99 for Option A Page Kits, $8.99 for Option B Altered Kits and FREE shipping if you choose Option D. These shipping rates are for our customers in the continental United States. Customers living in Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada will be charged the actual cost of shipping via US Postal service.
How and when will my kit be shipped?
The kits will be shipped by the 15th of each month via US Postal Service or FedEx SmartPost (delivered by your postman), with a delivery time of 7-10 days. If you haven’t received your kit by the 25th of the month please contact us.
How do I update my account?
Please be sure your address is correct and can receive FedEx or USPS shipments. Any address rejected by FedEx or USPS will incur a $10.00 rerouting fee.
If you have any change in shipping, contact or billing information please send email to firstname.lastname@example.org or fill out the secure form at this link (Click Here). Any changes must be submitted by the 5th in order to be effective for that month. Changes made to your webstore online account will not apply to your Club Q membership.
When will I be charged for my subscription?
Your credit card will be charged when you sign up for the first shipment. Each month after that credit cards will be charged automatically on the 12th of each month. If your card is declined, a $4.00 fee will be assessed to your account. If your account has an unpaid balance for past months, current month will not ship until past balance is cleared.
What if something arrives damaged?
If your product is damaged during shipment, you may return it for a replacement. Please contact our customer service at 1-877-663-7250 for a return authorization within 5 days of receiving your kit.
Is Club Q available internationally?
Club Q is available to customers in Canada. They will be charged the actual freight cost via US Postal Service. First Class rate of not more than $15.00. Unfortunately, at this time Club Q is not available to our other international customers.
What is the term of the subscription?
Our subscription term is open ended after you receive your first 4 shipments and will be valid unless cancelled in writing to email@example.com. You must receive a confirmation email from QQ for cancelation to be valid.
What if I need to cancel my subscription?
A subscription can be cancelled after receiving your first 4 paid club shipments, by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. This request must be received by the 1st of the month in which you wish to cancel in order to be effective for that month. If you do not receive a confirmation, we have not received your request and your subscription will not be canceled. Please allow 10 days for processing your cancellation. If a kit is refused or returned at no fault of QQ the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges.
Do you post a sample of the kit prior to shipment?
Yes, we will post a preview of the kit on our website (www.shopquickquotes.com) approximately 3 weeks prior to shipment.
Can I skip a kit?
Yes, you may choose to skip a kit. However, notice must be provided to Club Q by the first day of the month the kit is to ship. Click on the OPT OUT link on the Club Q homepage. No requests will be accepted after 4:00 PM PST on the 1st of each month. You must receive a confirmation email from QQ for skipping a month to be valid. We ask that customers please do not skip more than 3 times per year.
Can I add additional items to my shipment?
Yes, just make an order on our website and add "SHIPMONTHLYKIT" coupon code when checking out. This will remove the shipping charge, process your payment and mark it to be held to ship with your next kit. If coupon code isn't entered, your order will be processed automatically, charged shipping and ship immediately. If you skip your monthly kit your order will be shipped right away and you will be charged shipping. The order must be received by the 9th of every month to be shipped with your monthly kit. International orders may incur additional shipping charges.
What if I want to purchase more materials that coordinate with my kit?
More coordinating materials are available for purchase at www.shopquickquotes.com. You will receive a 10% discount when placing an order. Please be sure you've asked us to upgrade your web account so you will see the price with the discount.
All Club Q member orders placed on the website for add ons or other products will be held and shipped with the next Club Q monthly shipment to save on shipping for you unless you write in the comments box that you want it shipped immediately, then shipping would be charged.
